this hotel we asked when we booked could we get pool view and high floor and it was excellent view rooms were cleaned every day the staff was very friendly breakfast was also good pancakes were delicious cant wait to go back next year more

watch out for female receiption staff they are rude and very unhelpful, male ones are fine.
