DONT GO THERE. Arrived took one look, old carpet, wires coming out of the walls, cots in the corridor and you would have suffocated in the rooms, no air con. got moved straight away. my advice stay clear. Diana Reid, Aberdeen. more

got to hotel early morning showed us room were carpets were well worn and room was really dated but were only using as a base camp then we saw the pool green algae round the edge and could not see bottom so we used pool next door which was really nice and sun beds were only2 lev and not 4... more

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially young males looking for a good time. The bedrooms are small and dingy. The staff speak little english, were very rude, and wouldnt allow any noise above a whisper after 11.30pm. Our stay at the Hotel Karlova in Sunny Beach was a real eye-opener. It was very dreary and old fashioned, carpetted throughout with a threadbare carpet that was smelly and rolled partly up the wall to try and resemble a skirting board.
