I travelled to Sri Lanka with my husband and 2 year old daughter to renew an Indian visa and take vacation. Priyani was absolutely wonderful in helping us arrange transportation. The house was quiet and the other guests were so considerate and friendly. I think my daughter was the noisiest thing there :-). It was within walking distance to many... More

Nice place to stay is very quit, a little far away from the noisy Colombo and this is good . We had to walk quite long to get there from the train station, better if you take a tuk tuk.The owner is a gentle and welcoming woman. We loved the turtle in the garden!

When we stayed here we had the whole place to our selfs, it's almost like your own home, nice lady who runs it and get what you pay for, nice sitting area with tv and computer however the kitchen is very dirty. Recommend eating out.

The woman of the house is very kind. It is a regular neighberhood house of the area. Near the beach crossing the train track. Simple rooms, just a bed and a private restroom with a shower. Cold water ofcourse. But good! This house offer to guests a shared equipped kitchen and a livingroom. WiFi is open and available. Near 15min... More

We came here twice because of the good ratings and they are true! The owner is a nice woman and the rooms are spacious and clean, tough they could be a little more decorated... Ther are a few good restaurants close to the home stay and the train is a 5 minute walk Overall perfect for a few nights

I was on a trip to colombo, looking to do a Chef Course and needed a budget place to stay. Owner-lovely lady and very helpful. Situated- in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Room-old town house classic type (Sir Lanka style ) basic amenities that one could ask for in a guest home. Home a way from home atmosphere.

A friend & I were on a budget trip thru Sri Lanka in December 2010 and we chose this place from the Internet. What a catch.......! It's a 2 minute walk to everything - the beach, the store, the main road. And yet, it's situated in a quiet & peaceful neighbourhood. The owner Priyani is a lovely lady - no... More
