This motel is dirty, dirty, dirty! It is disorganized in that no one seems to know what's going on-paperwork missing, etc. When we checked in, the first room hadn't been cleaned at all, the second room we were given was already occupied, the third room had nail clippings on the floor. After complaining to management, we were moved to a... more

I can't beleive how dated this place is. Restrooms were dirty and garbage all over floors. Couldn't find luggage carrier at check out. Asked some staff and no one was willing to help us find one. Had a pair of earings missing from my table. Was first customer in the morning for breakfast. Waitress was not friendly at all. Took... more

This hotel in NOT smoke-free nor has it been recently renovated. This hotel is a smoke infested miserable place. The rooms are old, the mattress had to have been from 1940 when they first opened, and the hair dryer is original from the same era. The curtains had blood stains on them. The best part of the stay was when... more

My friend and I spent the night here after a long drive from Montana. Everything in Bismarck was booked, so we took the Seven Seas sight unseen. Compared to other prices we were quoted in the area and other hotels we'd stayed at along our cross-country road trip from Oregon, the Seven Seas was totally reasonable in price and exceeded... more

We really didn't enjoy much about our stay at the 7 Seas. The hotel is very dated and the only real appeal is the "areas largest waterpark". If your kids are under 6, then the pool area is great. There is a separate pool area for small children with a small waterslide and other fun things for them. The water... more

We spent the night there last night. We thought it would be fun for our 8 and 4 yr old. We checked in and at first sight things seemed fine. We walked down to the pool area, and it was so overpacked it was ridiculuos. Parties of adults and older teenagers overrunning the pool. The large slide and kiddie area... more

Awesome restaurant. Clean rooms. Stayed in what looked like a newer part of the hotel and had a 3 Staff were all pleasant. Exceeded my expectations. They even called shortly after I checked in to see if we needed anything. more

We had reserved a 2 room suite several months in advance of our stay at the Seven Seas. The staff at the front desk was very freindly, but when we got to our pricey room it was completely not what we expected. There was 2 rooms alright, with only one available plug-in between the 2 rooms, unless you wanted to... more

The hotel is very nice but it's getting old. The rooms are very clean but they need a little upgrade. The pool area was jammed with kids they all love the pool and the restaurant area was nice but in the best Western Hotel book it said casino. There is no casino there just 2 blackjack tables and the little... more

Stayed there a week to attend meetings. Pretty average, no problems, had wireless internet and a pool. The restaurant was a little high-end-pretentious and they had a small bar there, where the motel sits it really doesn't have much nearby to walk to. The room was quiet and clean. Good enough to return to unless I feel like spending more... more
