This is a tired motel that needs a new face and management. Low price = you get what you pay for. Room service poor - did not vacuum room, change sheets or clean bath for entire week. Guest rooms were fine and clean however the exterior of the building is unkept. Plywood was under the room windows outside and it looked horrible. The staff at this hotel are among the nicest I have ever dealt with anywhere. I have two small pets, they allowed both and only charged for one. They kept the pool open late for my 13yr old son. We stayed at this hotel for a wedding we were attending in Jamestown. When booking the room they told us the shower was wheel-in accessible for handicapped. When we arrived we found out it was not! They never emptied the garbage in the lobby restroom all weekend. They never vacuumed in the continental breakfast area THE ENTIRE WEEKEND!...........it was awful.... more

The general condition of the hotel is old. The breakfast is ok, and is in a room previously used as a resturant. The lighting in the room was dark. The condition of the chairs, and bedspread were well worn. In future stays in Jamestown, I will consider somewhere else. more
