Sorry to disappoint, but this place has a problem - bed bugs. Right after checking in I did an inspection (necessary these days) and immediate found the critters on the sheets. Just swipe your hand and see if any little smears appear as the little guys are tiny. To the manager's credit, she immediately cleared my ccard and went up... more
The room was spacious enough and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the hotel was very busy while we were there, the room was quiet. The bed was comfortable. more
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was amazingly friendly and the hotel was clean. When it comes down to it; as often as I travel it is "Service" that I value the most. The Comfort Inn in Jamestown is a typical chain motel, but it's probably the best place in town to stay. I've stayed there a number of times. The location is great, right off the interstate, rooms and baths are comfortable, pool and jacuzzi are very nice, breakfast is okay. more
