We chose to stay at the Travelodge because of the decent reviews on this site. There was even one where a manager (well, in theory it was a manager) said that the rooms had all been remodeled/renovated and there were new mattresses, etc. There is NO WAY that this is accurate. I have written a great review of this place, but after staying here a year later we were absoultely disgusted. The pool smelt like pee.. when you swam down and touched the bottom a whole buch of dirt & hair floated into your face. I have stayed at this hotel many a times, but Now under new management it is a completely different atmosphere. Staff is professional and courteous. Service is par excellence. My two thumbs up for this place. more
