Decor very out of date but the best value in overpriced, hotel monopolized Grand Forks! Most other hotels in town must be owned by the same company. This place has always been clean. Very large rooms. Good location. If you don't plan to stay here all day it is a good choice. rather extensive breakfast choices.

This hotel is awful, the owner is a jerk. He treats his staff like crap and is very rude to customers. He doesn't do military discounts but caters to Canadians. My husband was very displeased with this place. I think the owners name is rick and I've never seen a more rude and impatient person in my life.

This place has been around forever! The carpets really stink and I can't believe that the staff here can't smell it? The rooms are super clean otherwise. Decent fridge and microwave in room. Rooms really need to have the carpets removed to get to the mildew smell problem.

We only got as far as the lobby and saw one of the rooms with the front desk clerk. Little tiny old fashioned TV, dark rooms, very down-at-the-heels, smelled of old cigarette smoke, dingy grounds. Although we'd booked a reservation based solely on price, we just couldn't stay there.
