We got a room with two single beds for about $60 with tax. Great price. Everything was clean and simple. This BnB is based on an older home, so don't expect a Four Seasons experience. It is simple, nice, and clean. The breakfast buffet was an extra bonus. If you are in the area, this is a great option.

We stayed in room 1 for almost two weeks and loved it. The swifts are very kind people. The home is clean comfortable and welcoming. I love to cook and Margaret welcomed me to do so. Hope to visit again!

Riding our bicycles across the entire continental USA, my daughter and I stayed here in the room with two double beds and shared bathroom. Everything was very clean, quiet and relaxing. We slept for 10 hours and had a delicious omelet with homemade muffins and marmelade for breakfast. It was a perfect hiatus and the price was reasonable. (Our blog... More

The room was clean the place was quiet with the exception of the train in the distance. The place is outdated but was fine for our needs the price for a night was what sold me way less than any holiday inn.

We have stayed here twice in order to spend time with our elderly aunt who lives in an assisted living facility in Glen Ullin. Margaret is a kind and welcoming hostess. The decor is, as a another reviewer said, kind of 70's, but it's like staying at an aunt's house ... comfortable and homey. As for her watching closely as... More

We stayed one night in Glen Ullin en-route to Badlands and the Black Hills. We found the Rock Roof Inn to be very clean and comfortable. The host, Margaret, was very friendly and is a very talented artist. Her work is beautiful and many of her works are hanging in the breakfast area and in the bedrooms. Many are for... More

We paid $70 for a night at the Rock Roof Inn and were extremely underwhelmed. The decor in the game room, or common room, or whatever it was, was very '70s... kind of amusing. While our room was clean and spacious, the TV was extremely small and situated at the top of an armoire which made it extremely hard to... More
