My husband and I go to Vegas every year and we gamble for fun. Going to the Prairie Knights feels like we are in one of the casinos in Vegas, one of the busy sections. The buffet is always good we love the seafood. The staff are always friendly and we love that there is a ponton to use instead... More

A little concern based on some reviews-had a very good experience. Checked into my room right away- nice clean room, casino pretty big with nice variety of machines- don't have the latest- but some nice old stand-byes. Smoke everywhere- but they do have a smoke-free slot room. Table games good- except the strangest rule I have ever experienced for three-card... More

Wanted to stay at hotel after concert, NO other place to stay besides the casino hotel. We were told for 2 days that they were booked (except for $150 suite) and we could be on the waiting list. After arriving at hotel, we were told twice again there were no other rooms, third time we were told "we have rooms!"... More

Went for a concert at the Pavilion in the Prairie Knights Casino walked in to rude customer service to pickup tix. Decided to go eat at the Feast of the Rock buffet and walked thru a very hot smoky stinky casino to a hot and smoky buffet and more rude employees and bland no taste food. Best part was the... More

We should have known when we walked in the door that our stay at Prairie Knights was not going to be a pleasant one. Upon check in they did not have our reservation finished, we asked for two rooms conjoined. We were told on the phone that this would be no problem but when we got to our rooms they... More

My family and I have stayed here numerous times in the past and every time the customer service is worse. This time we actually got each 2 drinks taken away from us with no warning. These drinks were purchased in the casino. Not only do they not wait on you while you are spending money in their casino, they now... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here one night on our way to Minnesota. It was not a good experience. When we checked in the receptionist was nothing but rude. He never actually greeted us when we stepped up to the counter. It also took him over ten minutes to get us checked in because he kept walking away unexpectedly and... More

Well the best steak for miles around can be found at the Hunters Club inside the Prairie Knights Casino. Although you can't find this listing on Trip Advisor I feel compelled to write both about its food and exceptional service. I went there for a business trip and essentially set up shop in the restaurant. And they were very kind... More

IF you're in the area for the casino (which I don't recommend) the hotel is not too bad. It was clean and the bed was OK. The buffet wasn't that good, just average. I went here with friends so I didn't have to pay anything. But, I lost in the casino. EVERYBODY pays in the casino. Way too smoky for... More

This is a Native American casino hotel. The nearest bigger town is about 40 miles away. Overall hotel was OK. The rooms were clean. Pool and exercise area smelled like dirty feet. The pool was filled with children making noise until around 10PM. Lot of children hanging around the lobby areas. Prices were reasonably. They had a buffet in the... More
