Terrible management and even worse room service. I stayed 7 days because there were no other available places due to a large tournament in town. During the seven day stay I never once received room service. The blankets had cigarette burns in them and the room stunk. The carpet was full of burns and stains. Parts of the building were... More

We were in town for a concert and booked here fairly last minute. The front desk lady was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located. The room was a little small but exactly what we needed. It' s a little dated, but clean - which is the most important thing. The free WiFi and breakfast are great bonuses.... More

I booked thru a web site & they only had one room & I had booked 2. The front desk people were nice enough to find me another room & give me the same price as I was quoted on Bookings.com. The location was good for what we were in town for. The rooms were musty smelling, the bathrooms were... More

Its fine for a stay where you have a busy schedule and don't plan to stick around the hotel for extended time. The mall is close enough to walk to, the bus service has a terminal there, so you can get around the city without taxis....

I spent one night here and will never book this hotel again. I do not recommend it to anyone. The room had water damage and there was a very strong moldy/musty smell in it. My boyfriend and I tried to open a window only to find that the screen to the window was completely torn through (like someone had tried... More

convenient location, good price, clean, nice shower with hot water. what more could I ask for on a long weekend of shopping? Room had a smell of cleaning solution when first entered. The window opened for fresh air. No hair drier in room. Oh well. Basic for sure.but fine.

This hotel needs some updating and needs better cleaning of rooms. Everything about this hotel needs updating. The halls, lobby, "exercise room" all need some updating. The rooms were surface clean but things really need updating. The location was very good. Close to shopping and hotels. We stayed here because they had two queen beds but if we are ever... More

I just spent 3 nights last week. The room smelled moldy, and the bathroom smelled like mold & urine. The carpet was damp and sticky so you had to have at least socks on. I informed the front desk, without even mentioning my room number, and they responded that they did not have a mold problem. They went on to... More

I was excited to try this place out after checking out their photos from their website. However, soon after we arrived my excitement turned into disappointment. The hallways are dingy and so are the rooms. Our toilet always made a loud "clunking" sound after each flush. There was no bar fridge in the room (which hotel doesn't provide one nowadays)?... More

Rooms are somewhat clean but don't rely on a breakfast. Not much to offer, apples, saturated donuts and coffee is horrible. Budget in money for a breakfast somewhere else. It's a decent place to sleep and shower but that's it. Pillows are really firm. The rooms do have nice TVs to watch and it's a clean place to sleep.
