Booked a one night stay off Hot Wire while passing through Fargo. We were a little afraid once the hotel name was revealed due to the terrible reviews. We were quite surprised at how clean the room was. It was basic, very clean, comfortable and in a good location. There have been some attempts at upgrading. Breakfast was as expected... More

For the past several years, whenever I would go to Fargo, my friend and I would always book rooms here and we always had a nice stay. But, my past couple of times there have been awful, especially this last time. My friends and I had a couple of rooms next to each other, we were staying two nights. When... More

Please, please, please. Do not stay at the Red River Lodge in Fargo, ND 58103. This hotel is an absolute dirty, ran-down into the ground dump that is not fit for human beings to live in. Additionally, the Indian guy, the one with a dot not a feather, who owns the hotel is a crook, is completely dishonest, and is... More

Stayed for a very brief pit stop from Winnipeg to Minneapolis. For the price we paid the room and breakfast were fine. I guess you can't blame the hotel for their clientele, but our neighbors had their TV on all night, and the walls are pretty thin.

Stayed here because no rooms in Fargo left for Fargo Marathon. Check in exstremely slow but, after that. Room was clean, presentable, fresh. Room service did clean our room the two nights we stayed. They had a food/goodie bag at front desk for all the runners in the am before the races the next day. Which was awesome. Had a small... More

Terrible management and even worse room service. I stayed 7 days because there were no other available places due to a large tournament in town. During the seven day stay I never once received room service. The blankets had cigarette burns in them and the room stunk. The carpet was full of burns and stains. Parts of the building were... More

We were in town for a concert and booked here fairly last minute. The front desk lady was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located. The room was a little small but exactly what we needed. It' s a little dated, but clean - which is the most important thing. The free WiFi and breakfast are great bonuses.... More

I booked thru a web site & they only had one room & I had booked 2. The front desk people were nice enough to find me another room & give me the same price as I was quoted on Bookings.com. The location was good for what we were in town for. The rooms were musty smelling, the bathrooms were... More

Its fine for a stay where you have a busy schedule and don't plan to stick around the hotel for extended time. The mall is close enough to walk to, the bus service has a terminal there, so you can get around the city without taxis....

I spent one night here and will never book this hotel again. I do not recommend it to anyone. The room had water damage and there was a very strong moldy/musty smell in it. My boyfriend and I tried to open a window only to find that the screen to the window was completely torn through (like someone had tried... More
