If savings is a priority, this is a reasonable choice. The heater/air conditioner cycles often and loudly challenging a light sleeper. The breakfast bar is a parade of breads, waffles, and cereal. The hotel is conveniently located.

When I booked this place I thought it would be a bit more quaint. More along the lines of what I thought Fargo would be. I might as well have been staying in any other city. Walmart, Denny's, etc. There was nothing remotely memorable about this place or the city in general. The room was relatively economical and reasonably comfortable.

One of the least expensive hotel in the area but the price you pay is a dirty, small room. The dark carpet in the room looked dirty and was as dirty as it looked, the totally blacken your feet kind of dirty. Wouldn't want to walk around the room in bare feet. We stayed on the weekend of Nov 9-11th, 2012. The beds were nice and clean but that's about all. The room rate was fair and the staff was helpful and friendy. The beds were comfortable and the flat screen tv was great.
