I have statyed at this hotel several times and am never dissappointed. The rooms are clean, the bes comfortable and the staff courteous. The food in Basie's is excellent. The hotel is in a perfect location - right across the street from West Acres Mall and just down the street from several other stores.

The night we checked in we received a call from front desk saying the computers failed and requested all my credit card info again only to find out in the morning this was not true and I needed to cancel my card for a fraud. So much for my shopping trip. .
