Excellent experience, as usual. I had a quiet night with great service. I love that this facility allows guest access to food in the evening, even though I rarely take advantage of it. Thank you so much

We didn't get the opportunity to try out all the amenites as we arrived about 9:30 in the evening for an overnight stay on our way to Minneapolis. Otherwise I would give this place a lower rating. Check in was easy and the young lady told us there was Minestrone soup still available, which was nice. We go to our... More

The room was clean enough and the beds were fine. The breakfast was only so-so and there was absolutely no cold water available--when I asked I was told I could get some from the sink or use the fountains by the pool. Housekeeping was the real disappointment. Our beds were not really made--the covers were just thrown back, the bath... More

The room was fair but (in my opinion) overpriced. Have stayed in much better Americinns. The screw came loose on the strike plate and I couldn't close the door, when I finally found someone she couldn't find a screwdriver so I was able to screw it back in with nail clippers so I could close the door. Breakfast wasn't very... More

I like staying at AmericInns because they are generally very clean, updated and have a great breakfast. This one had none of the above. When we arrived we were greeted by 2 girls on their cells phones sitting at a table-not behind the desk. We were given our room keys, but were not given any other information about the hotel.... Good, not great. We stayed in Dickinson because it was close to Medora and we were spending some time at the National Park. I'll start with the positives. Room was clean, large and appeared to be recently updated. We stayed in the two room whirlpool suite so that our kids could sleep in a separate area and we could watch... More

We booked a two night stay in a suite since we were travelling with grandchildren. Rooms were confirmed a week ahead. When we arrived the room was not available. We received a regular room with two beds. The staff adjusted the rate and promised a room with whirlpool, cot amend suite for our second night. We had to repack everything,... More

I've stayed in over 20 AmericInn Hotels in the midwest over the past few years. This is one of the poorest of those I've stayed in. If you just need a head to rest, it will suffice. But, if you spend nearly 100 nights per year in hotels, the small things become unacceptable nusance. Front desk staff very average, not... More

We stopped here after our visit to Theodore Roosevelt National Park. The hotel is close to the Interstate and several restaurants. The lobby is spacious and comfortable with couches a fireplace, a computer and internet, and spacious breakfast area. We had a room facing the back, which I would recommend since there were loud trucks and motorcycles going up and... More

We stopped at this hotel for 1 nite on our way home from camping. We had low expectations due some reviews, and were pleasantly surprised by the relatively newly renovated hotel. However, the day staff the next day were quite oblivious to customer service as no one was refilling the breakfast area, so choice was waffles or cereal, and no... More
