My stay was horrible. Housekeeping manager was horrible/ nasty attitude, and very unprofessional. Behind and around beds are dirty and rooms are very dusty. Sheets were old and stained and bed skirts looked nasty. Had so many food stains it was gross....Will not stay again!!

I stayed here for a seminar and found the hotel quite comfortable. The breakfast was good which included eggs, potatoes, meat, waffles, breads and cereal. A better selection of fresh fruit would have made it even better. The hotel bar was a nice feature. The conference rooms were nice. I had issues with my key card but the front staff... More

The business climate in North Dakota has changed with the drop in the price of oil. Because it's not so crazy busy employers have been able to get rid of the mediocre help & keep the good. Without the hotels running at 100% occupancy they are able to keep up with maintenance issues. With all of that said, our stay... More

Staying at the Astoria was an interesting experience. The lobby is huge, the complimentary breakfast area looked adequate although I did wonder if there would be enough seating when everyone was up and typically eating breakfast (we left about 6:00 a.m.) The pool looked very inviting with a large hot tub on the side - unfortunately we hadn't brought our... This hotel looks brand new and is in great shape. The rooms are spacious and well furnished with a fridge, microwave, and large flat screen TV. They had a fantastic free breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes and more. The fitness center was lacking equipment (2 treadmills and 1 elliptical) but was large and clean with newer equipment. I would... More

Front desk staff was very rude upon arrival. Would not honor the online price because the online system was down and I had to book over the phone. They also wrote down the wrong room number on my room key. When I returned to the front desk because I couldn't get into my room, I didn't even receive an apology.

We stayed for one night over the Thanksgiving weekend. The rooms were clean, spacious, and accommodating. Room temperature control was a little confusing. There was a thermostat on the wall but the actual control was on the unit itself. The biggest disappointment was the continental breakfast. It was limited. The potatoes were not fully done, and the diced ham and... More

I'll just write about one thing but there are many. I'm here now and my motion sensor bathroom sink keeps running on off on off on off...they sent someone 4 times and last night I called and nobody showed up. The staff is extremely rude and will not help.

I have Tmobile service. I was unable to keep a connection all 4 days I stayed here. Super annoying. Blackjack table was fun! Nice bar & staff. Yummy breakfast provided. Fix the tmobile connectivity issues and this is a winning hotel!

This hotel is the same as all the usual chains. Rooms are average and all rooms look onto parking lots or the freeway. My husband was at a conference held here in Sept, the conference ended after check out time but everyone had to get out, no late checkouts here. Stairwells are muddy, same mud had not been swept up... More
