My first impression at the front desk was that the clerk was annoyed that I was there to check-in. No smile, no "welcome", just "what's your name?" This hotel costs quite a bit more that the other hotels in the area, and I was anticipating a friendlier atmosphere. There was rarely someone at the front desk for the few days that I stayed there. And I always felt like I was bothering them when I needed something. The room was fairly clean (there was some left over glitter/confetti from the previous guest on my floor), and the TV was very nice! Even though there appeared to be birthday parties at the hotel, the hallway near my room stayed quiet for the entire night. I did not use the pool during my stay due to the above mentioned parties. Overall I rated this hotel average because the unfriendly desk clerk negated the nice, clean rooms in my opinion. more
