Kay has won a spot in my heart! I stayed with her for four nights during a family reunion. I absolutely adored the collection of travel collectibles! Great sleep, grand company, & delicious breakfast. I'd you are staying in Bismarck, don't miss Kay's B&B... just don't take my room!!!!!

We were passing through Bismarck on a drive across the country (in early January...silly us) and stumbled across Kay's on the internet a few days before we arrived. When we showed up, we were immediately met with welcome and hospitality that seemed to come naturally to Kay. The home itself is dripping with early 20th-Century charm. It was built in... More

Kay makes you feel like you are her best friend not just a guest! Cozy rooms and great food! Close to downtown for shopping and meals. I would recommend this for any type of travel, business or with family members.

My husband and I were just passing through Bismarck and stayed at Kay's for one night. Kay was friendly and knowledgeable. The home is filled with beautiful artwork. We walked downtown for dinner at Humpback Sally's. We highly recommend Kay's and would love to return.

This B&B was very lovely. We had the most comfortable bed of our entire month long trip. Kay was very welcoming and knowledgeable about Bismarck. We had a great breakfast and wished we could have stayed longer.

This lovely B & B is walking distance from downtown, the State Capital and Historic Governors home. The B & B is beautifully decorated with paintings done by her mother. Kay was so helpful she even made dinner reservations for us at one of her favorite spots. She also has a beautiful garden out back, and the Breakfast was Fabulous.... More

We ran away for a weekend with friends to celebrate 2 birthdays. We found Kay's online and booked there for the first night. Kay was so accomodating and such fun that we decided to stay another night! She fussed over us and was our personal concierge for the weekend! Her immaculate home is very interesting and full of her mother's... More

It's hard to apply too many superlatives to Kay's. While the B&B is right downtown it is away from the busy traffic routes, providing a peaceful and relaxing setting. Kay provides very personalized care. I usually write much more lengthy reviews but believe that the first two reviewers have hit the nail right on the head. In a town where... More

Kay has created a unique setting for relaxation or romance with her eclectic mix of original art, doll and glass collections and personal memorabilia. Every guest is a friend of Kay's by the time they check out. She has two rooms that share a nice (very pink) bathroom on the second floor of her immaculate Bed & Breakfast. It is... More

We stayed at Kay's for one night while traveling from Fargo to the Black Hills of SD. We were instantly pleased with Kay and the house. Kay's mother was an artist, so the entire house is an art gallery. We were in-and-out, due to our travel schedule, but we're glad that we stayed with Kay and not in a hotel.... More
