Very misleading description of this facility. Run down, dirty, basic things like lights not working, fans unable to be used because they were so noisy, giant holes in the blanket(bowling ball size), doors did not lock(broken), parts of basic furniture missing(glass table top) curtains in shreds, bath towels frayed on the edges and no one even attempted to trim them.... We stayed here on a college visiting trip and enjoyed it. It feels a bit "motel-y" but was still nice. We were on the corner across from the Oceanic restaurant and it was a bit loud because we were there on a Saturday night and the comings and goings at the restaurant, the singer performing on the pier as well... Very pleasant surprise. Our condo was nice and clean. Had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Great view of the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay again and reccomend staying here.

What's not to love? Great location - just a short walk across the street to the beach. Great view - we had a wonderful ocean view from our balcony. We enjoyed our stay at the Sandpeddler. We loved walking to the end of the island at sunrise and sunset. Our ocean view was spectacular, and you could hear the crashing from the bedroom.
