Pay a 2-3 star price, and you usually get a 2-3 star hotel. That fits here imo. Nothing special about hotel, but nothing bad either. Parking lot is an odd configuration. Hot Water, decent WIFI, Cable TV, and a very nice lady at the front counter (Phyllis).

We decided to stop in Winston-Salem in October because we were too tired to drive any farther. Just about everything was booked up because of an event in town except this hotel. They jacked up the price to $114.44 on a room that was not worth 4.00 This room ( 137 ) was disgusting. The wall has a big spot... More

This was a pit stop on our way to the east coast from ohio. It was 10:30 at night and we were anxious to put our overly tired 2 year old to bed. We got in when it was dark and were all exhausted and all just wanted to sleep. When we woke up and went to brush my teeth... More

I stayed at this establishment in August. I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The pool was very well kept. The free breakfast kept expenses down. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Best deal I found in the area.

When I first drove up I was like 'uh oh' because from the outside it looks like it was a little run down. When I opened my room door the 'uh oh' went away because the room was clean with decent decor and was in good shape. The room had a small coffee maker, flat screen tv, fridge and microwave.... More

This motel is in a great location, near Wake Forest University and downtown Winston Salem. The building we were in was set back off the road. University Parkway is most convenient, going from route 52 right into downtown.

Don't stay at this place they don't have no compassion when a customer have to check out early because of a emergency and still charge you for the remaining days that you booked with them. DON'T DO IT TURST AND BELIEVE ME

First room toilet did not work, bed spreads stained, towels had holes, phone did not work. Second room, old A/C - Heating unit noisy hard to sleep, wash cloth looked like it was used as a cleaning rag, light out, sheets kept coming off of the bed. Front desk agent very friendly and did a good job to recover.

We wandered in here late night as we just needed a place to sleep, so we cheaped out. I was skeptical of getting a smoker's room and I questioned the front about it. They ensured me that my room would not be a problem. We entered the room and we were overwhelmed by a perfume odor. We guess they had... More
