Access to this property is a bit tricky, but after missing the driveway the first time, I found it on the second time around! Parking lot was good and well lit. Room was clean and in very good shape. Check in was easy. Breakfast in the morning was nice with the usual items. I would stay here again.

My family stayed st the holiday inn on 3/8. I was pleased with our room, however I was very disappointed in the service I received at check in. We arrived at 8pm and I stood at an the check in counter for 10 minutes. There was not any type of bell to ring to alert an employee I was waiting.... More

I'm not sure how I ended up at this hotel. I needed to be in close proximity to downtown, so I guess that is how. I first must say, it's not bad. I had my Galaxy Tablet stolen from my room during my stay at this location. Someone on the hotel staff stole my property while I was at work. Hotel GM said she could not do anything because it was not caught on hotel security cameras. Don't leave any valuables in room. The tablet was in my suitcase and not visible.... More

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and conveniently located about 12 minutes from Wake Forest University. There is free breakfast every morning, and the coffee was really good.

Guest services and General Manager Tanya were about as unhelpful as you can get! My flight from Detroit to Greensboro was cancelled because of this terrible winter. Decent hotel. Outstanding location with pretty view. SUPER friendly staff that accommodated everything I asked for.
