The hotel was clean and quiet. Staff very nice. The decor is a little dated, but the king room was a great size and included fridge, microwave and a sitting area with a couch and chair. There is a spa and a bistro restaurant on site (neither of which we used). The breakfast was good, not mind blowing but more... More

This property is located right across the street from Wake Forest. The rooms look to be newly renovated and are oversized. There is a lobby lounge on property and that was a plus. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I also utilized the spa on property for a pedicure and massage that was wonderful. I highly recommend this Wyndham... More

The room is clean and decent size. It has a microwave and small fridge which is nice. PROS: - It's right across Wakeforest University. - It's about 2-3 miles from Downtown Winston-Salem. - Couple of restaurants nearby the hotel (in the complex and across the street). CONS: -The only fast food chain around was Bojangles (within the 5 mile radius).... More

Here is a tip for all hotels. Have a sign big enough for people to see from the street. The RAMADA letters seemed about 6" high and difficult to read. Meeting room was ready for setup when we arrived and decorated for the holidays. Nice touch. NO FAN IN THE GUEST ROOM BATHROOM. That automatically lowers any review I do... More

Near the WFU cAmpus, this older and somewhat dated facility was still more than adequate. The rooms were huge and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay...nothing special.

Large rooms but completely outdated and old. Afraid to touch anything in the room. Located close to downtown, very conveniently easy location. Service spotty, Check-in clerk was very competent and professional, morning shift clerk didn't care to even say good morning. Breakfast served in a large dining room had no coffee available and when asked the manager requested the attending... More

We are just leaving the hotel. The hotel looks great on the outside but they have the cheapest matress I've ever slept on! The tub would not drain, so we had to hold the stopper; the refrigerator does work (when it wants to), opened the refrigerator and water flew all on the floor; 3 towels, 3 hand towels, 2 wash... Only Graylyn and a Marriott are as close to the Wake Forest University campus.Although we reserved a king bed, they were "all out" by the time we got there and gave us a room with 2 doubles--not queens, skimpy, very hard doubles that felt like we were sleeping on the floor. The room was reasonably quiet even though the hotel is... More
