Everything was outstanding. From the cleanliness of the room, restaurant service, amenities , personnel, all the way to the lobby decor, it was all great. Very convenient location too. I couldn't be happier. As a part of Hilton family, my team can certainly learn from this location. Definitely recommend. -AR

After having a bad experience at Graylyn, we went to the Hilton Garden Inn and had a very nice, clean room with all amenities in one building. The staff were pleasant and helpful and had a very nice breakfast as well. Will stay there again if we go to Winston-Salem.

This HGI might seem a bit out of town, but it has great restaurants in walking distance, quietly tucked off the road against the trees and the rooms are very clean. worth the extra drive you might have to take.

We stayed overnight for a concert in town. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff we came in contact with was very friendly! The pool looked inviting, but didn't have a chance to visit. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is in a great location. We were there for a visit to Wake Forest. It is only 10 minutes away. There are many fine restaurants and tons of shopping nearby. Will bring my own pillow next time, but the bed is comfy. Will go back.

Stayed just one night on our way back from the beach in NC. Nice lobby, bar and small restaurant area. Friendly staff. The parking lot was more than a bit muddy due to the adjacent new construction. Stayed here 2 nights in April. Excellent facilities. Had 2 needs for staff assistance-- 1) had to open a package that was locked and the front desk and maintenance staff solved the problem and saved the day. 2) Left phone chargers in the room and they were mailed back to us and were on our doorstep waiting. We stayed one night and were surprised at the low price for such a nice hotel. Upscale decor in rooms, lobby, and dining area.
