Found this on Wake Forest U's website. It's very convenient to the campus... 5 min. or even less. Very impressed by the place. Staff was, without exception, genuinely friendly. Stayed in a 2 bedroom Loft. One of the stairs was loose. Yikes! Also, the carpeting had seen better days.... Sofa bed was a standard sofa bed...Read not very comfortable. At check in the staff was very friendly and the check in was quick. The room was clean and spacious. Location is easy access to wherever you want to go. Really can't say enough about the hotel. I've stayed at many hotels over the years and I would place this property in the top five. more

We had a great stay at this hotel. The entire staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, from the front desk, to the manager, to the pool staff. My husband and I along with our daughter stayed at the Residence Inn in November. We were in town for my college homecoming game. The hotel had a great location, close to shopping. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The room was nice. We did not have any of the problems mentioned in other reviews. I would choose this hotel again. more

Nice looking property, delicious breakfast, nice staff. Problem: our suite smelled terrible. Dank, smokey odor that hit like a ton of bricks on entry, was absorbed by our clothing (ugh) - everything into the wash upon our return home - even items not worn. Very convenient to Wake Forest, however, would not stay here again. more

We were in town for just one night, but were thoroughly impressed with the hotel. Very clean, modern rooms, excellent breakfast and pleasant staff. Highly recommended. more
