This hotel is easy to find...just off of Rt 17. It was an ok hotel. Had a non-smoking room, but the entire hotel smelled like smoke. The room was very average and looked to be on the older side. If you're looking for an extremely soft bed, here's your place. But if your back likes a firm bed, beware of... more

When I first got there, I was impressed with everything. Everyone was nice and the room was very clean. The location was good, too, BUT two days after we checked out I looked at my bank account and the hotel personally charged my account AGAIN, after I already paid for it online, and at a completely different price than I... more

I come to Wilmington once a year for a conference and we stay here. I have found the staff all to be very polite and friendly. The rooms are clean and nice sized. The bathroom itself is small, but that doesn't matter much to me. There is a loveseat in the room and the desk has a decent chair. The... more

Had to be in Wilmington for buisness and brought my family along for a mini vacation. I saw this Hotel online with the indoor pool and a REAL restaurant and decided to give it a try. We couldn't have been happier with the service and the hotel. While I had to catch up on work in the room, my family... more

While the actual accomodations were fine the hotel manager -Cheryl was the most rude person I have ever encountered in all of my travels and I have lived abroad so that is many. Upon check-in I had to threaten to call the local city council before she backed down and gave us what our confirmation stated was the correct price... more

Your average , decently priced, clean hotel. Decor was... more

This is a standard Holiday Inn, but what sets it apart is that it's the only hotel in Wilmington (that I can find) with an indoor pool, which is nice in the off-season. I've stayed here twice in the past year and it's a great hotel. Restaurant on site is good, but there are tons of places to eat within... more

Me and my boyfriend stayed here over Memorial weekend. We had no problems. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful. Its located by quite a few restaurant and shopping centers. And also it's only about 15-20 minutes away from Wrightsville Beach. I would definitely stay again. more

This hotel is an average Holiday Inn... I have stayed at better and worse properties. The Wingate down the road is much nicer/newer and smells fresher. The wireless internet was down during my one night stay which made business dealings more difficult. The lobby had a musky damp smell. more
