As alwasy I check TA before I make a reservation. The reviews said the RR was inexpensive and clean. I really liked that the ower responded to not only the good, but the not so good posts. The service was great. Checking in and out was easy. The room was clean and well equipped. It is close to most of the major attractions. I liked the friendliness of the staff most, and not having a restaurant on site least. more

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The manager (James Wylie) meet all of my needs and expectations! He had the best personality in great customer service! I would highly recomend this hotel to anyone. more
The room was a bit out dated but had all the homey requirements to make my stay comfortable. It was clean and did not have the rank order that older hotels have. The staff especially Jim and Justin was outstanding. I am very fussy and Jim did his best to make me comfortable even at 2am when we checked in.... more

This is a wonderful place to stay . It is clean. The staff is great, especially James, the gentalman who checked me in. He was professional and courteous. It is in the perfect location and easily accessable. I will stay there again. more

I have been staying at Wilmington for 16 years and have switched from beach condos to Hotels, I have not stayed at a more enjoyable place in all the years that I have been staying there than at the Red Roof Inn. Absolutely great trip was easy to manage in this hotel near the center of town and the main highway... Loved the pool and staff were just wonderful... Waffle House!!! more

The Good: Hotel is in a good location, sheets seemed clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of parking. That's about it. The bad: I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my stay in room 141 on Saturday, July 18. Room was filthy - cobwebs on ceiling (not just one, but all along the walls and celing).
