This was a wonderful overnight getaway for my husband and I. The home is beautiful and peaceful. The location is great... very close to the riverfront and good dining. Breakfast was amazing. They served delicious key-limed stuffed french toast which was perfect for a warm spring morning. I would definitely stay here again!

What an awesome inn in a beautiful town. The innkeepers and staff were very gracious from providing us beach towels to recommending an excellent restaurant on the waterfront. The breakfasts each morning were incredible to start our day off on the right note. On the last morning before we left, we finally had a visit from COCO, which was great... More

I booked a room at this B&B in April, 2015 for a stay during the busy season in mid-July, 2015 while I will be attending a wedding. Within 10 days of booking, my friends changed their minds and all decided to stay at the beach so I canceled this reservation and made one at the beach. Much to my dismay... More

The property is quite grand, especially the common areas. Good location can walk to restaurants and stores. Parking less than ideal as you get stacked in a small driveway and leave keys at desk. Not easy to get in and out. Enjoyed wine in the library. Our room needed a bit of attention. Two of the 3 overhead light bulbs... More

There's something about a mansion made out of stone that is mysterious and alluring. The Graystone is just that--with each room uniquely decorated our stay was everything I thought it would be. This B&B is well worth the price with its convenient location to the river walk, restaurants and shops. Have a cup of coffee in the luxurious library in... More

We stayed one night and had the de Rosset and St Thomas rooms. Both were elegantly furnished, in keeping with this truly spectacular house. The downstairs rooms are really impressive, though completely over the top.The stairs are enormous and the ballroom on the 3rd floor worth a peak. Most of the furniture, mirrors, paintings are reproductions and it kind of... More

Liked the location (3 blocks from the historic river district). Surprisingly quiet (because of the stone building I would presume) and comfortable rooms. Unfortunately the attention to detail is lacking. A couple of examples: the room we were in had no hangers in one closet, an ironing board open in the second closet, again, no hangers, and there were no... More

The rooms were very nice and big. The breakfast in the morning was also very good. The only down side to this Inn is that it lacks any parking and you have to find a spot on the road to park. We did not have any trouble finding a spot about a block away but I'm not sure how open... More

While the reviews were helpful the room I stayed in needed updating. Worn and stained carpeting greeted me when I walked into the the room. The third floor was cold and the noise from airplanes made the stay unpleasant. Would not stay here again.

The wonderful thing about B&B's in general and the Graystone in particular is that no two rooms are alike. We have a frequent guest from Canberra, Australia that insists on that room as "her favorite" and will not be upgraded. However, since we are at the Inn, we can frequently move a guest to another room if the "perfect" room... More

My wife and I spent 2 nights here as part of a month long vacation to celebrate her retirement. We enjoyed walking the neighbourhoods, admiring the architecture and the gardens, even in early January. We felt like "old wealth" due to the classy accommodations and great service. The breakfasts were outstanding. Even the parking was not a problem as the... More
