The room was not well kempt, jacuzzi was brown, cold, and lacking water. The pool was also brown. There was no ice in the entire hotel, hotel staff person was not helpful when asked about it. The property was in really poor condition overall. There is no way that it deserved a 97.5 rating. more

This hotel's location is not on the ocean (about 15-20 minutes away in fact) but is ideal for staying in Wilmington if you have other plans than hitting the beach.
