We stayed in a deluxe cabin for Easter weekend. Was very impressed with how clean everything was. Staff was very nice and always helpful. Very dog friendly! Our little surprise was an Easter egg hunt on Saturday. My son is 14 months and I didn't want him to miss out on Easter. When we arrived we found out they were... More

We have been big tent campers but just bought our first little camper trailer. We did not exactly know what we were doing so the very friendly, super helpful staff at this place was a huge bonus! Our spot was right next to "Surfer Steve", a KOA employee who also lives in an RV there. He pulled out an extra... More

Nice clean camp ground with very nice staff. Bath house was in nice condition and clean. Arrived after hours, had our check in bag ready for us. The staff was very pleasant. Convenient location to explore Wilmington from. Pull through site was also very convenient.

Traveled up and down the east coast - Florida to Maine. Was by far the nicest one we stayed at. Upgraded sites with brick fire pit, grill, metal patio furniture was awesome! We travel with pets and it was nice to see all the 'pick-up' areas. Great location and friendly staff.

We enjoyed our stay at Wilmington KOA. We were in site 29 which was a pull-thru with cement patio, firepit, bbq, a bench, and a table/chairs set. The site was level, and easy to navigate in and out of in our 40' motorhome. We purchased firewood and firestarters from the office/store and enjoyed our campfire. All of the hookups worked... More

The two of us wanted to go see Wilmington but didn't want the big hotel so we found the little cabins here very appetizing! From the start, the staff was very professional and took time to show us are way and answer questions. Additionally the whole place is very friendly. No matter where we went the staff would always wave... More

Not a lot of camping options in the area so we stayed here. They are very good at checking you in and getting you to your spot. The spots are really close and cramped together, but the bathrooms were clean. For us, the biggest annoyance was a bright, very bright light that shined all night and made sleeping difficult. However,... More

The Wilmington KOA is - hands down - the best tended KOA we have stayed at (and we've stayed at a lot!!). The grounds are beautiful, our lodge was beyond belief, the pool was warm (and SO clean!), the washrooms were spotless, and the sports area was very well equipped. That would have been good enough for us, but the... More

We booked at the last minute with the understanding that we would have to move sites. Unbeknownst to me they worked their magic with logistics and when I arrived they had a site that did not require moving. Very family-friendly and dog friendly. Very nice and helpful staff and convenient location. We will definitely be back.

excellent KOA for a long period; quiet and good place to relax; the only negative point we have is that it is far away from the beach and the closest beach was a private beach; all the services were very good and we enjoyed the BBQ invitation
