When I first walked into the room the first thing I seen was a dead water bug on the floor. The office was accommodating, he apologized and moved us to a new room right away. Other than that the serive was good and the overall rating of the room was about a 3.

The Ramada Inn is centrally located to all local attractions, including Historic Downtown Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, local Amusement and Water Parks. Also, Carolina Beach and its attractions are just a short drive away. I stayed here twice this summer and had an enjoyable time both stays! We got extra pillows and towels just by asking. The breakfast is delicious and helps start the day off right! I would definitely return! Dominick also handled intoxicated young people with respect despite being irritated! Enjoyed my time here.

Employees were very pleasant and helpful. Pool was closed. Room needed to be upgraded. Repairs needed were very noticeable. Had to move to second room because of faulty door lock.

My bed was infested with small, black, biting insects. I checked out immediately. Overall facility is old, dirty and smelly. Pool is closed and has been for over a month. I was forced to check in here by my corporate travel department. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

I stay at Ramada every week for business. It is a clean, fully functional hotel. The internet works good, and all the amenities are provided. The front desk guys are very helpful too,..especially Dominique. If you are looking for a 5-Star Resort, this aint quite it,..but a solid three star and a bargain at that!
