There were no vacancies with at least one wedding party in the hotel when we stayed there. The hotel is centrally located to many of Wilmington's attractions. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. All in all, a very good value for our money. more

I really enjoyed this stay at the Fairfield! Clean, tastefully furnished, and wonderful staff! The breakfast was very nice~ get there early for seats. Just stayed at the Fairfield, good value for the money. Hotel is new, decor is modern and inviting. Rooms are clean, tvs are flat screens and have a crisp picture.
