This hotel is horrible and doesn't charge what they advertise on heir own website. they advertised on their website all rooms are $39.95 a night plus 13%tax but tried to charge me $65. I asked them to honor their advertised rate of $39.95 a night and they said no.

Room was large, bathroom double that of most. One wall switch controlled all 3 outlets, ( tv, fridge, and lamps ) had them all used up though. To plug in a laptop or to charge your cell. Be prepared to do without something. One small window in bedroom, one tiny window in bathroom. Good cold air, tv damaged but worked.... More

Scary situation. Arrived early and clerk says check in is in 2 hours. No problem, I wait in my vehicle in car park. Clerk says only guests' cars allowed in their (empty) car park. I say, well, I am waiting to check in. He keeps repeating this. Before I leave, I go in and ask for his manager. He starts... More

Please stay away from this hotel! We were on vacation in Carolina Beach when the hurricane came through. We needed a hotel quickly so we grabbed this one. Wish we would not have found it! The rooms smelled, the frig smelled, the closet smelled, the walls were dirty, and the service no good. We went out to see some attractions,... More

My husband and I booked a room here on our anniversary and happen to fall on azalea festival. We returned early about 12 pm the room was still not clean no new towels, the toilet ran every two mins. Never again will we stay here this was the worse time so far.

The guy was really nice when I checked in and the room was old but I didn't really mind that. There weren't any outlets (well there were but you couldn't unplug them unless you wanted to unplug the tv or move a big dresser from the wall). I thought everything was going ok until I went to use the bathroom... More

The mildew smell does take you back when you open the door. Fortunately for us it was winter so there weren't any bugs in the room. As for the décor the TV was a tube TV. I think that pretty much says it all. I will say I did get a story I will tell for years. The Ice machine... More

We had a nice room with king size bed in the back of the front building away from road , and was quite. Room was clean, everything worked except light by the mirror, we called the front office and they promptly replaced the light bulb , friendly staff, good location , will stay again.

We stayed two nights over Labor Day weekend 2013. The room itself was very clean. It was a bit outdated but, well worth the price. We booked through their direct website. We were to pay $128 (all inclusive with taxes), however, when we checked in we had to pay an additional $20+. Not too happy about that. The clerk told... More
