This hotel is in a great location, surrounded by many conveniences (good shopping, restaurants, etc.) and a very nice neighborhood; a quick drive to the beach made this an idea spot for our family spend a wonderful week vacationing. The hotel is in very good condition, the staff is attentive yet work diligently without being in the way of their... More

Traveled here over the weekend and the property, room, and hotel itself overall was nice. The breakfast was ok, wasn't great, I've had better but I wasn't expecting five star quality. The room was a 1 bedroom suite and to me it seemed a bit small or cramped then what I am used to at a Residence Inn but nonetheless... More

We appreciate you taking the time to review our hotel and your stay. I'm glad you enjoyed staying here but I'm sorry you weren't able to take advantage of our area more. Most guests consider our location to be ideal with being walking distance to the Landfall Shopping Center and the Forum with many great shops and restaurants, plus only... More

Our only complaint was with check-in. Check-in was after 3 pm and we showed up at 3:30 pm on a Saturday. We were staying in a 2 queen, 1 bedroom suite. When we checked in, we found out they did not have a room ready for us. We had to sit in the lobby for 15 minutes before our room... More

Thank you so much for your kind words about our hotel! I do apologize for the wait when you checked in. Saturdays can be a bit hectic and we try to have as many rooms available at 3 pm as possible but it seems we fell short that day. Again I apologize and hope that you come see us again... More

We were visiting relatives in Wilmington and needed a location between their house and the beach club they use. .We had looked at the other hotels off or on Military Cutoff Road, and this was the best priced of the four we saw. It was also recommended to us by our in-laws, as they have friends who always stay at... More

Came here a weekend getaway. We were going to stay at the Blockade Runner in Wrightsville Beach but checked right out away. The place was way overpriced and they have misleading photographs on their website. After checking out, we spoke to Fred at this Residence Inn and he was very helpful in getting us a comfortable room that night. Once... More

This hotel is nothing spectacular. First of all, you are definitely paying for the location of this hotel. It is conveniently located across from Mayfaire shopping center which has lots of shops, restaurants, movie theater and grocery store. Next to you is the Landfall shopping center and neighborhood which is home to most of the affluent members of the Wilmington... More

This property really has a beachy, cottage look that greets guests with welcoming landscaping. The internal décor is somewhat dated but the warm reception from all the staff really lends a certain southern charm that is lovely. You will certainly feel at home while away from home, and that is what matters! The evening reception, free breakfast, extra space, and... More

I enjoyed the stay. The staff was especially nice, the breakfast was okay and the grounds are well maintained. The common areas were appropriately appointed and neat and clean. There was a gym, although it is a little small. However, it didn't seem to be used that much while I was there. They have a treadmill, bike and elliptical machine,... More

Our family visited my son who is a freshman at UNCW in Wilmington, NC this past weekend. We stayed at this Marriott property. It has some age on it, but the location and employees make up for that. Will definitely stay here again during his college career.
