I have booked rooms with the Holiday Inn Express for a few years in a row now for business. I have to book at least 65 rooms every time we stay in Wilkesboro and even with that volume of guests, the check-in, stay and check-out are always seamless. I stayed at this hotel for approximately 3 months while traveling back and fourth from home to here for business. I would travel here every week for those 3 months arriving late on Sunday evening. After the 2nd week they staff started to recognize me and knew me by name. They were very friendly and even have fresh baked cookies... more

My roommate and I initially stayed at this hotel b/c it is close to our NC land. We have since stayed here an additional 3 times and will not go to another hotel when visiting. It's quiet; clean; safe; the staff is friendly and curteous; non-smoking rooms are actually non-smoking :-); and it's convenient to almost everything you may need.... more
