We had reservations at this campground for a few weeks in advance. Normally we stayed in one just north of Cherokee but they were all closed up during that time. We were a little skeptical because we have had a couple of bad experiences with P.A. campgrounds, but since this was new on the list we decided to try it.... More

This park is new to Passport and we found it on line . . . a lovely park with all sorts of amenities . . . 50 amp, cable, wifi, swimming pool (didn't use it as it was 27 the last night we were there) and is very close to everything . . . 3 min for major shopping center,... More

Didn't stay at the campground and never will. A group of 3 families booked a weekend there and our friend who has a 37 ft camper was concerned about getting his camper in to his assigned site, so we decided to look in to another campground and made reservations there. We called 5 days ahead of time to let the... More

Great place to camp for the first time in forever. The campsites were peaceful and facilities were clean. Joanie was a wealth of knowledge on where to go and what to do. I questioned her at first about Mingo Falls as we made the hike but it was well with it!!! Will definitely be back!

We arrived home Monday from our 4 day visit. It was our first time visiting here and we were amazed at how clean the facilities were. To make it even better, the owner, Joanie( I pray I spelled it right) is absolutely AWESOME to rent from. She really helped in showing us what local attractions were nearby. The map she... More

We ended up here by chance, but are so glad we did! The sites are pretty, and private enough. The host/owner, Joanie, is wise and kind, and goes out of her way to make your visit to the gorgeous Smokies fun. This campground is about a mile from the Cherokee entrance to the Great Smoky National Park, and close to... More

My wife and I stayed here the weekend of October 13th. We arrived late Friday night and asked about getting a camp site. Joni the owner came straight out of her cabin that is across from the office and opened up to check us in. After checking us in she took us to show us where our campsite was. The... More

Nice and quite place to stay, not a bad place for being over 40 years old , the owner was very helpful with printing maps and information off her computer, it's a nice home base location, I'd come back, great place for a fire and listening to the crickets and birds late at night

My husband and I wanted to take our 5 yr old camping so I decided I would call the campground where I camped as a child. All I can say is we were more than pleased. The owner Joni was fabulous. Our campsite was clean the property was well maintained and even the bathrooms smelled good. We could not get... More
