The clerk at the desk, was able to print out a map to get us to our destination. Although, there was a wedding party also booked at The Quality Inn, there was limited seating during the Continental Breakfast. There was ample food.

Several co-workers and I stayed here while on business, and the hotel was pretty decent. It sits back off of the highway, which makes it appear a little secluded. However, it was pretty decent. They offered continental breakfast, which I did not try, but the room was clean. I do believe this is probably the best hotel in Whiteville for... More

From reading the negative reviews and knowing that Whiteville is a small town, i was a bit nervous about staying here. I stayed in room #202 king suite. I was here for 1 night with a group of ladies for a conference. I was not disappointed. Friendly staff, clean hotel, my room was nicely decorated. We will be back.

I pulled in after dark looking for a place for the night. The first thing I noticed was what appeared to be an abandoned warehouse and thought this does not look good. Actually check in was fast, friendly and efficient, as was check out. There was a need to vacuum the hallway, but once in the room I was quite... More

The interior decor was very nice and clean. There are only two floors in this hotel and there is no elevator only stairs so keep this in mind when carrying luggage upstairs. Apparently construction workers stay here often and they tried to place them on the top floor. Breakfast was tasty and the selection was nice with a waffle maker... More

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future. I am sorry for the elevator inconvenience, we do try to place those who cannot climb stairs on the 1st but at times are unable to comply due to heavy volume and demand. We also understand it can be difficult toting a... More

Motel was nasty. When I woke up this morning I had five bites on my leg and hip. Told front desk about it. He stated he would have manager call me. No I'm sorry or anything. Of course the manager has not called.

My almost 6 year old and I were down saying our goodbyes to a dying relative. We found this hotel at the last minute because we decided to stay overnight. When entering the hotel, an employee was standing outside and we had to walk through a cloud of smoke as she apologized and stated "yes, I smoke." My child has... More

I Jennifer Craig did a courtesy call to this guest letting them know that when we went in to clean there room. We found ashes in a cup and room smelled like cigarette smoke. We do charge a $150.00 fee for anyone one that smokes in our room. We also tell the customer this and have them to sign our... More

Stayed at this hotel while in the area to attend a funeral. My room was decent; however there was an issue with the fitness center door not being able to open. I needed an overnight near Lake Waccamaw and found this aging motel to be adequate for one night. The room was clean, the free breakfast good, the staff helpful, and the price within budget. The age of the facility showed in a non-functioning sink stopper and my friend's neighboring room with a broken door lock. There is no elevator to second... More
