This hotel has a great location on a hillside, up a little road. All the rooms have balconies with rocking chairs. I imagine the view would be nice, but it was foggy when we were there. Agree with other reviews. Room was immaculate, and extremely spacious. Ask for the rooms above reception: they are significantly larger than the others. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Welcome very warm. Only downside (as often with chains like this) was the rather thin walls, compounded by loud rap music (music?) from one room at 3am, prompting a phone call from yours... more

We were visiting WCU and the area, we have stayed at many hotels/motels during the past 30 years but the staff and facilies were among the top 3. My wife is handicap and the facilities were great, rooms big and comfortable. I plan to visit the area again in Jan 06 and hope that I can stay here again. more

We stayed at the Super 8 last night and it was wonderful. This hotel is brand new. It was very clean, nice size rooms, a balcony with rocking chairs, a nice refrigerator.
