This is a must stop on the Blue Ridge Parkway, Milepost 408. If you are not staying you have to have lunch or dinner in the dinning room. Rooms didn't have airconditioning but the breeze at this altitude was great sleeping Each room overlooks the mountains. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Food was very good Beds were... This is such a nice place to stay. We have be coming here for a mothers day present. Both of us love the mountains. You will never find a place like this on the parkway. For us it creates memories every time we come. I hope this can stay with the family that has had it for the last 30... More

We've been coming here for years. It's still terrific. Rooms look like they've been recently updated. The staff is outstanding. The restaurant has great food and the waitstaff offer excellent service. There was zero visibility this past weekend and quite rainy. The wifi didn't work too well but I didn't stay there for the wifi. We'll be back.

We almost missed the inn in the near zero visibility rain and fog but even on a rainy day, this place is a shiny beacon. First the staff--the friendliest, most capable we've ever seen and that includes 23 sea cruises, 2ndly the food--trout to die for and the blackberry cobbler ala mode curled our toes, and not least, the clean... Absolutely LOVE this fabulous hotel & restaurant!!! Spotlessly clean, amazing views, terrific service and some of the most delicious well priced food on the planet. What is not to like?!! Will return as soon as humanly possible & just hope the rest of you out there haven't booked the Pisgah Suite because I plan to reserve it again.

We have been traveling the Blue Ridge Parkway for over 30 years on almost an annual basis. Most trips are 7-10 days end-to-end, and we always make Pisgah Inn our end "base of operations" before heading back north. It is not a luxury resort so newcomers should not be expecting it to be so. But it is always clean and... More

OK, I'd like to live here. If they'd give me a job at the hotel desk, in the restaurant or in the gift shop, I'd be a happy man. My wife and I both agreed we'd like to come back sometime when we could spend more than one night, and just relax for a while. The kind of place you... More

We actually live nearby and eat at the restaurant frequently. A great place to take guest visiting our wonderful mountains. Breakfast, lunch or dinner - food and service is always great and looking out over the mountains is awesome. Decided to spend our anniversary there this year and were fortunate to reserve a room about a month in advance. We... More

Rooms are very clean and the view is outstanding. The staff is super friendly. Just don't expect it to be quiet. It sits on a very quiet ridge, however the quietness is often interrupted by the people talking loudly, slamming doors and dragging their luggage down the metal stairs. The balconies in the middle building carry noise very easily from... More

Return trip to the Pisgah for our anniversary. King room in the Tree Tops building, very clean, comfortable bed, and amazing views from the balcony. Dinner in the restaurant was very good, absolutely loved the sweet corn fritters and the blackberry cobbler. Free breakfast for the hotel guests was also very good, several great selections to choose from. The proximity... More
