My wife and I recently spent three nights at the Prospect Hill B & B, and we are happy to be able to give it a very positive endorsement. Our host, Dennis Frampton, is gracious and easy-going, and we thoroughly enjoyed our several conversations with him about topics ranging from personal histories, to travelling and the transitions imposed by the... We stayed in Waynesville for a bike ride my husband was doing - the "Blue Ridge Breakaway". Dennis and Judith were very welcoming and accommodated our 12 year old daughter without a second thought. Our daughter said she was glad we decided to stay there. She loved the breakfast, the room and the hosts. Our room was big and the... More

Enjoyed our stay at Prospect Hill B&B. we were there for a race with several other couples. Dennis and Judith were very accommodating of our crazy schedule (very early mornings, etc.), breakfast was very tasty, and we enjoyed the afternoons hanging out at their lovely porch. The house is older and very nice, and in walking distance to Waynesville downtown... More

For the person who had nothing nice about this place is awfully wrong. This was a delightful home. Cozy felt like my grandmas house.. Not the best shape of it but never the less it was a nice home. Close to places to eat and had fun when the cloggers came to town on Saturday evening. The only thing I... More

Wonderful place to stay - easy walking distance to downtown Waynesville and a nice restraurant directly across the street. The wrap around porch has various pieces of furniture to sit and enjoy the wonderful view of the mountains and the mountain breezes. We sat in the rockers every night we stayed. Our room was very clean and true to it's... More

Someone in our party booked this house for 5 couples. Rooms were clean but in a great state of disrepair. I've attached pictures to this review. The owners response below is quite out of line and unprofessional. The town of Waynesville is very nice and the location of the inn is ok - the mountains of course are a gift... More

We've stayed in multiple bnbs across the country, this is by far the worst experience in lodging we've ever had. Driving up, the house is in great disrepair, the paint is chipping off the shingles, the walk to the front door is over a rug that is red but dark green with dirt and mildew. Upon entry, the main living... More

Can you imagine the sense of panic which overwhelms when one learns that Lisa, the Queen of Sheba, passed incognito through one's home whilst one was away, and declared it unfit for human habitation? . . . No? . . . work on it, something will come to you. One's first concern is for the thousands of the un-knowing guests... More

The bed and breakfast was great. It is conveniently located between the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Asheville, NC, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The hosts were very helpful. They served a delicious breakfast every morning, at your desired time. We paid for the cheapest room, but when we arrived they upgraded us to one of the most expensive rooms... More

Prospect Hill was a wonderful place to stay, and our room was large, very clean, and comfortably appointed, with a sitting area complete with mini-fridge. Shelley and Ron were gracious hosts who were very helpful, and even printed our boarding passes for the flight home. Prospect Hill is well maintained and beautifully restored. Our breakfast was delicious eggs benedict, fruit... More

We came to participate in the Lake Logan International Triathlon and could not have found a better place to stay. We had a quaint room on the second floor, the Paris beautifully decorated and comfortable bed. Shelley and Ron were so accommodating, they even got up at 4:30 in the morning to make us coffee and provide our group with... More
