I stayed at the Andon-Reid as a solo traveler when I was in Waynesville to look at property last summer. It is in a nice location and very walkable to town as it is all sidewalks. My room was cozy and all the common areas are very nicely decorated. There is comfortable porch and patio seating offering a variety of... More

George and Andrea were so thoughtful when it came to my dietary needs. Not only did they make my breakfasts gluten free and egg free, they made them absolutely delicious. Attention to detail is the hallmark of this property. Every space in the inn is designed for the comfort and enjoyment of the visitor. We loved relaxing in the great... More

A lovely inn with hosts that are kind and eager to satisfy. Breakfast was delicious and worth getting up for both days we were there. Hosts are knowledgeable about the area and have great recommendations for things to do in the area. We will definitely return!

My Wife and I recently stayed here after our semesters ended while we were both on break. It was absolutely fantastic. George, Andrea, and Ashely were all wonderfully helpful and nice. The breakfast was out of this world, and Waynesville has a number of very good dinner options. We could not have asked for a better way to relax and... More

What a lovely spot! A perfect place to relax, rest and enjoy the warmth of home away from home. Andrea and George are so kind and authentic. This place absolutely epitomizes what a B & B should be! Clean. Friendly. Cozy. The morning breakfast are delicious, fresh and homemade!! Great variety. We felt as if we were staying with family...... More

We've stayed in bed and breakfast establishments from Maine to California, and have never met warmer, more friendly innkeepers. Andrea, George and staff are most attentive and concerned with making their guests feel comfortable, from their warm welcome to the always-available tea, coffee, soda, water and snacks (including a fresh-baked delight every afternoon!), delicious breakfasts, beautifully-appointed guest rooms, and the... This place is amazing and the inn keepers are outstanding. Breakfast was fabulous each day. Sweet potato pancakes were our favorite. If you plan to visit the Biltmore and do not want to stay in Ashville, this is the spot. I recommend trying to stay in the Carriage House Suite as its a little more private than the house.

Wish we could have stayed longer! Due to availability and our schedule, we could only stay for a few days, but WOW! Andrea and George made the most with their wonderful hospitality and attention to details. We loved every minute spent at Andon-Reid and will certainly return, hopefully with family! From the moment we pulled onto the property, we were... More

This is a great B&B, built in 1902 by a wealthy family which possesses charm, spacious rooms with individual fireplaces, and an excellent views of the mountains. George and Andrea are the new owners and they go out of their way to make one's stay feel luxurious. In the mornings a full breakfast is served which is not to be... More

We visited in mid-November, just after the fall color rush. The Inn is located on top of a big hill, so the views are lovely. We stayed in the Carriage House, which is a separate building apart form the main residence. The room had a comfortable bed, plenty of places for luggage, and two gliders for sitting while you drink... More
