Always very clean, great courteous staff..Relatives tayed at Sylva Inn almost every other weekend for 9 + months. Staff is very professional and the hotel property very clean.

Stayed here on 7/31/11. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful when it came to info on the surrounding area. The room was nice and clean. Convenient to Western Carolina University, was REALLY inexpensive, and clean. Can't ask for more for a short trip.
