I had been in contact with the innkeeper numerous times via email to make the reservation for the weekend. We arrived within the checkin period and nobody was at the B&B, not even any guests. We had high hopes for our stay here and ended up being quite disappointed. The Inn's webpage made us feel the Inn would be an organized establishment.
