Room had a very bad odor, carpet was dirty. Didn't realize until after check in that pets are allowed. Could be the reason for the odor that even air freshener did not minimize. more

We stayed at the Best Western for the Pinehurst Triathlon. Upon our arrival, we were happy to note that the hotel was very clean inside and out. The staff was very polite and promt. The room was nothing special, but very clean. We asked for a late check-out so I could shower after the race and they allowed us to... more

My family enjoyed the stay. The pool was very clean. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was excellent for family especially the sausage gravy that my husband just loved. The waffles and individual wrapped omeletes, chicken biscuits, and sausage biscuits were good.. Hint: Make sure the clock alarm isn't on in the room. Landscaping was excellent. more

The hotel was ok,but the staff has to be the most arrogant and disrespectable people I have came across in my 50 years of living. Golfers if you plan on having more than 4 people in your group don't stay here. They will try to kick you out in the middle of the night if you are not in your... more

In August, seven of us traveled to Pinehurst, NC, for the 100th birthday of our aunt. We wanted a place that was clean and updated but not overly expensive. The Best Western Pinehurst Inn fit the bill - and then some! The rooms (we had 4) were all super clean and very comfortable. The pool area was immaculate. Three members... more

We stayed here 12/29-31/07 as part of a family trip. The hotel had just moved to a new location (a completely new building) that day - the old one has been turned into a best western. The staff was great - there were some bumps as they had literally just put up the ''open for business' sign as we drove... more

It is a motel but very upscale. Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was excellent. Free internet in breakfast area. Plus we were given a fabulous free Chinese dinner. We loved this motel. more

This is really a motel - outside entrances to all rooms. There is no elevator, so all luggage had to be carried to the second floor by hand. The room seemed clean, but we noticed several bugs over our three night stay. Bathroom is very small with no exhaust fan. The door would not shut without a very hard slam,... more

By definition, this is a motel. This is only the second HI we have stayed in where one entered their room from the outside (the other being located in AZ). The outside of the motel is in dire need of being refurbished and so are the rooms. The lobby area was the best looking part of this motel. It is... more
