stopped here on the way north with our dog. some places claim to be pet friendly then charge an arm and leg for a "pet fee". not here. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone seeking reasonable lodgings in southern pines.

If you need a hotel for a day or a week while in the Pinehurst NC area then stay at the Best Western Southern Pines. Nicely appointed rooms with free internet. Located near all the action. Clean and comfortable.

Though the room is no smoking it smells like cigarette smoke because people stand outside their rooms and smoke and that smoke comes in the A/C unit.
