This place is so bad . I don’t recommend staying there. The heat didn’t work nor did the television or telephone. Loud barking dogs at 2am . I had to call the reservation center from my cell phone 3 times before anyone could get the front desk to answer. It was over an hour before we could get a response. I wouldn’t stay here again . The guy at the front desk was nice but that’s the only positive thing about this place. It’s a shame I can’t give this place a minus 10. This is unlike any Wyndham hotel I have ever been to.

Great experience, will stay here again when visiting family. The handicapped room was great for my husband with muscular dystrophy. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The parking was good. Easy access from the highway.

not the best place to stay. we were tired and had to endure all of this and nobody offered us a discount. or any other restitution. The young lady took very good care of me to make sure I got settled. She deserves a raise. My stay night was oct 21st.

Was told by India that if you stay more than one night, your rooms do not get cleaned. She said it’s been that way since COVID. I emptied my own trash and changed my own sheets. Kids and animals running up and down the hallways at 1 am and again at 5 am. I also overheard India tell an elderly lady it was ok to bring her grandchildren to the pool, they live nearby not hotel guests. She said people do it all the time and it’s ok. The toasters were old and did not work. No packets of oatmeal or grits. Lobby smelled like pot. When I asked India about my room not being cleaned and it was 4 in the afternoon she walked off and said she was “looking for the housekeepers” when I went to the lobby to ask again about the room she said “ I heard you the first time ma’am. That’s when she proceeded to instruct us about rooms not being cleaned if more than a nights stay. Horrible experience. I’d rather travel to north Myrtle beach which is further but I’m sure better accommodations and no attitudes from staff. No one answered the phone after we left to complain. I called 800 number and they even said they called numerous times and no one answered. The back yard by the pool was full of beer bottles and the back door did not close all the way it was partially open, anyone could get in. If this door was closed your card did not work on it. The fold out couch in the room was torn on both sides and filthy. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. This place is a dump.

Roaches roaches roaches. I can overlook the big rip in the couch in the room, the running toilet, and as the person's review this past June; rude employees but roaches! I draw the line. My husband saw 2 of them on the first night. I thought, well maybe they are Waterbury as this area is famous for those. On the second morning, we woke up to 7 of them. One was even sitting on an apple I had planned to eat for breakfast. I told the person at checkout and "they" replied, "oh you aren't the first person to say this". I said to this person, big mistake telling me this. I write reviews. No sense in this. Take the time to call pest control. Needless to say, I didn't want their free breakfast. You know they are seeing these things. I'm a member of this rewards place for this hotel. I think I'll give them a call!

Me and my best friend took a spontaneous beach trip and because it was last min. a lot of places was already booked. This hotel was the cheapest one for last min. The breakfast was great. The room was ok. Tiffany up front with check in/out was very rude. One of our 2 days didn't show that it was paid for even though I had a confirmation for it. Instead of Tiffany listening to the customers concerns and being patient she talked down to us like we were idiots. I wouldn't waste your time on this place.

The worst place I have ever stayed. We stayed 3 nights. Never received room service. Had to as for towels and washcloths every night. There were SEVERAL families staying there who ran around barefooted, one had a huge dog and one family grilled their supper in the parking lot. The breakfast was prepared by the desk clerk who could not restock the food. Terrible, filthy place!

What potential. It's a relatively attractive 2 story property but it doesn't have an elevator, how is that possible? The rooms were ok, there is a small pool in the back, and it has plenty of parking, however, the breakfast was a disaster. They had 2 waffle makers but no syrup, the juice machines delivered lightly colored cold water and the cold case had no milk, butter or yogurt. No bread, bagels, muffins, doughnuts etc. The franchise owner ought to have to stay here and eat breakfast, maybe someone will get fired. Is Wyndham asleep at the wheel.

I don’t mind eating my waffle on a paper plate and using plastic utensils, but not having any coffee or juice is a little much. The staff was ok as long as you didn’t ring the bell for service. Then, they got a little testy. This place is so bad it’s humorous.
