We've stayed at a lot of Holiday Inn Express hotels and have rarely been disappointed... until now! This was an old, poorly designed, and unclean hotel. No elevator to haul belongings upstairs and the room had such a strong chemical smell.... well I would not ever stay here again and now we are disenchanted with HIE. more

After hauling our luggage up to our room, I cleaned everything with the antibacterial wipes I had.
