We stayed here after I'd read the reviews of Selma/Smithfield motels on Tripadvisor. In the past we'd stayed at two other spots on the same road. This is a conventient stopping location after a long drive from either FL or the Northeast on I95. We're not picky travelers and would prefer to spend our dollars on a nice dinner. However... more

We stay here on our way to Mrytle Beach. This August will be our 4th year in a row staying at the Royal. It's a nice motel for travelers on rt 95. if all you want is luxury, thens it's not the place for you. Looking for a nice quiet, little motel with a great price, try the Royal Inn. more

I travel on a Motorcycle and also trailer my bikes back and forth to FL from NJ its a great half way point to stop and braek for the night. PARKING IS EASY WITH A TRAILER,and parking my bike by it self is not a problem . rooms are clean TV is ok and places to eat are close by... more

The staff/family that owns this motel are absolutely wonderful and personally known to me.(The Brannon Family)I used to be a regular customer here and they all knew me.This is a quiet,safe motel with a nice pool and spa and is very clean. more

Every year we have a family reunion in Selma. I normally stay at relatives, but some of my family members come here every year. It is a low budget hotel that works for a night of sleep. There is a pool that is nice in size and pretty clean. It isn't heated as far as I could tell. I did... more
