We had an amazing visit to cabin fever. We stayed in hilltop cabin. The cabin was cozy and nice, and the air conditioner was great. We really enjoyed the loft. One of our favorite things about the cabin was that it was surrounded by the beautiful nature of the mountains. We would recommend this cabin to any of our friends,... More

Our week long stay at High Top in mid-June was just what we needed. We loved the rustic cabin setting and the beautiful scenery. The kids loved the playground and zipline swing. Everything you need is tucked away in the woods at Cabin Fever, down the hill in Saluda or just a few minutes down the road in Hendersonville or... More

My son and I had a blast at Cabin Fever. The cabin was very clean and everything we had hoped for. We had everything we needed and more. Christy and Scott definitely made us feel very at home, they were absolutely wonderful and welcomed us from the time we arrived. My son loved the zip line and playground and tons... More

Ourselves and 3 other families stayed at Cabin Fever over Memorial Day weekend and had a great time! The property was everything we had hoped for and more. Having 3 cabins gave our children the opportunity to run around and always be in someone's sight. The community area is great and we had so much fun at night!! I would... More

Great hiking in the area. Awesome, spacious cabins with lots of places to sleep. Comfortable beds and Scott and Christy are the best! Definitely would suggest Cabin Fever for any occasion. The rustic cabins are beautiful and clean and the area is very friendly!

Glamour camping. If you know how to safely start a fire, there's nothing like a genuine wood stove to keep cozy in these cabins. I should know. I rented Cabin Fever for my husband's 50th birthday party. Strangely enough, the one visitor from Canada (it gets cold up there, i hear) didn't know how to. Is it just us southerners... More

You cannot get the Cabin Fever experience at the Marriott! Our Cabin Fever vacation was outstanding. The Cabin Fever managers were efficient upon check in and very informative. The screened in porch with ceiling fan and the creek running right outside was amazing. This campground-like vacation rental was exactly what we needed for our summer getaway. The Birds Nest cabin... We took a group of young people here in June and had a super time. Cabins are all tucked into the woods, and there is a central meeting area where we had a bonfire each night. All, (almost all), of the kids really enjoyed it. We did have a couple of small issues, but these were handled quickly.. Rustioc but... More

My 19 year old daughter and I spent a few days here for a mother-daughter vacation to the mountains and Asheville. The managers were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the cabin that we stayed in (High Top) was BEAUTIFUL! Apparently the cabins are built from local wood (locust trees) by hand. They were gorgeously rustic and made the experience very... More

I know this is supposed to be a camping experience BUT.....I didn't expect that the cabin would have one air-conditioner that didn't put out enough air to keep our little girls cool. The loft was as hot as all get out and so was the living room (LOL). We chose to sleep in a tent with our bedrolls and mattresses... More
