These cabins are located in Saluda, NC and there are several to choose from on the property. We happened upon these cabins while planning our annual apple picking trip and are so thankful we found this little gem! We stayed in the High Top cabin with four adults and one child and were very comfortable. The cabin was so warm... More

We decided to stay close to home to have a girls weekend away, and Cabin Fever fit the bill. Ma and Pa's cabin slept 6 (one on the couch) comfortably. The wrap around covered porch was wonderful - with rocking chairs, sofa and game table. It was too warm to use the wood burning stove, but wood was supplied, and... More

This cabin complex sets off Rt 176 in Saluda NC. Each cabin has good privacy except I would not choose the cabin that sits in the middle of the kids playground ;-). Four of us adults and two children stayed in the Ma & Pa cabin. I believe it is their largest cabin with a downstairs bedroom and upstairs loft.... More

We stayed in the Ma & Pa cabin on Memorial Day weekend. This was our 4th visit to Cabin Fever. We brought a young father and his two small kids, another close friend and our 7yr old granddaughter on this trip. Everyone had a blast! The kids wore my husband and friend out on the zipline, but they got even... More

Everything we read was true. The perfect get away to leave the hustle and bustle behind. No phones, no TV, no traffic noise.....just you and nature! Kayaking, hiking, white water rafting, etc....it was all great fun! And the cabins were secluded - but near a charming little town with local shops and restaurant that give me the feel of Mayberry.... More

Our family of four enjoyed a fun-filled unplugged family weekend at Cabin Fever. We stayed in Ma's and Pa's cabin (each cabin has a "name") and found it to be just what the doctor ordered. The cabin was cozy (warm, not drafty--plenty of room), and what you would expect from a mountain cabin. Rustic furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, and... More

Our family traveled to Cabin Fever a few weeks ago and had a wonderful time. The cabins are well laid out amongst the trees. Our cabin set next to a small running creek and all the cabins provided a sense of privacy. The grounds provided plenty of exploring along with exceptional picninc areas, playground and even a zip line. We... More

I arrived at cabin fever with a few friends and their children. We were very impressed with the hospitality that we recieved when we arrived. The children loved exploring and the kiddie park. During the evenings we sat around the fire pit and roasted some marshmellows, it all reminded me of days that time has forgotten, when people enjoyed one... More
