We experienced Fraser Range Station as an oasis after not being able to source any supplies traveling west after the WA/SA border. Fraser Ranger manager, Nolene provided us with steak and eggs at a very reasonable price. This aside the setting was lovely. All the usual amenities and facilities can be found and in some cases within the charm of... More

The camp grounds are situated on a picturesque 'red dirt' Australian property. The camp site is extremely peaceful, yet offers nothing short of amenities etc. they even had an on site piano in the campers restuarant! The friendly staff live and work on site and are more than helpful. For a welcomed break and a truly authentic Australian experience I... More

This is an ideal location for a short stopover or a holiday in itself. Rooms are basic but very comfortable. Different types of accommodation are available as well as caravans and camping. The area is spectacular if wanting to walk or tour around. Evening meal is available if required. An oasis in the area.

Malkal Your review was not correct, staff were as pleasant as they could be to you, you danced around the office like a 2 year old child not being able to take your favourite dog to bed with you, you did not mention that the dog was a great dane, the rooms are definitely not for dogs, other people coming... Friendly, very quite and comfortable park. Offered a cooked roast dinner for $25 pp the night we stayed. It was a great way to socialise. There is no wifi or TV but we didn't miss it at all. There are different walks to do a lovely garden to walk thru.

Unpleasant surprise – New Management How much difference 2 weeks can make? Just 2 weeks ago my review was 5/5 and I couldn’t speak highly enough of this place. We stayed there 4 times before and not only they gave you a friendliest service but also allowed dogs in some of their accommodation which meant we always planned our trips... More

This already came recommended and did not disappoint. New management did an excellent job from booking in to serving dinner which at $25 for two courses is a nice surprise. 1km of the highway for quietness and pristine ablutions with bore water a rarity, must stop!

We had hoped to spend two nights here, and do one of the tours. Unfortunately had to leave after one night. A beautiful setting. Lots of wild life. Clean facilities. Showers do cost $1. For five minutes. So do many other places. This is a very dry area. The offer dinner each night for $25. Looked very nice. There is... More

I know it may seem like 'shooting Bambi" to criticise this place but we like to call it as we find it without parroting all others comments. It's a good idea to ring and book ahead, even if only a few hours away on the road. Seems as if checking in later in the day, say, 2pm onwards, you get... More

One of the best experiences of my extended trip across Australia. A tour around the property with a guide/driver who knows the property and its history and who is willing to answer any questions. There is an evening meal at extra cost, but worth it for the company as a solo traveller and a treat to have a meal cooked... More
