We stayed on a large caravan site, amenities old but clean. Couldn't really complain about the caravan park really. Except for the lack of security that us needed of a nighttime. We had our car damaged and Jerry can punctured. Park does nothing to prevent this common problem. Every night something happened to someone. Police agree something needs to be... More

The room was clean and a good size. There was one dining chair (for a room for 3 people!) so lacked suitable seating and also shelves/drawers for clothing. Whether it was the fact that we had a corner room or just the way it was built, but it is very disconcerting when the building sways very noticeably as someone walks... More

It feels a little strange to be staying in 'motel' style accommodation when everyone else you see is towing their home behind their 4WD but if you are here for a short time on business or just need a break from the van this will do it for you. Clean tidy and comfortable - and hopefully above the hundred year... More

Stayed in a family suite and it was perfect for our weary family of four, v clean, comfy beds, well equipped! Room service for dinner was very welcome after a long drive, didn't have time to do anything else!

We recently stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The kitchen was ancient and very basic. The lounge area was tiny and the furniture old and stained. The beds were just ok and the pillows were awful (literally just pillow stuffing put into a pillow case). This was no more than 2 star accommodation which was ok for the night, but... More

We stopped here in our caravan overnight and could have stayed longer. The site was so big we just backed in and left our SUV attached. Very pretty place with great ammenities. A highlight was the excellent " Barra and chips for 2 " takeaway dinner for just $30! Highly recommended.

We had planned to stay 2 nights, but cut it short to one. The accomodation here is just average. Good enough for a necessary sleepover only. Unfortunately I think our opinion was scarred by Firzroy a Crossing itself. We didn't want yo stay here.

The bed had to be the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. It was really lumpy and you rolled into the centre. In the end my husband had to sleep in the single bed - two people simply could not sleeping the bed. We checked the mattress the next morning and were shocked to see the mattress cover... More

Booked here for one night on a recommendation and we we're pleasantly surprised. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are nothing fancy but have nice design, good air conditioning and comfy beds. It was a bit of a hike to the restaurant as the lodge is large and sprawling. The food and service at the restaurant was excellent... More

Stayed in a safari tent with my wife and 3&5yo. Comfortable beds complete with linen, bedside table, lamp, hot powerful shower in ensuite and bar fridge in corner of room with cool water, cups, glasses tea and coffee etc. plenty of space both in and out. Definitely coming back.
