I really was disappointed and frustrated that I had paid $70 a night which reduced down to $65 after January dirty dusty disgusting dead grass bad roads very average ammenaties most definitely not resort style and most definitely not a place for a rest with truck traffic going past and very unpleasant gardens

We were originally staying at the seafront campervan resort but cut the stay there short and came here instead. The blocks were nice and roomy with grass and the was grass and play grounds for the kids to play on as well as the pool. The amenities were a bit of a disappointment as they were dirty and too small... More

We stayed over the Christmas break camping with kids. Site was average (we booked late). Pool was great and could easily watch kids while cooking at camp kitchen. Not enough cooking / kitchen and toilet / shower facilities to cater for the number of sites. Hot water would run out every night and showering facilities were not cleaned every day.... More

Thank you for your feed back. We are currently following up on the lack of hot water to the second camp kitchen. It was unfortunate that this problem arose when it was near impossible to get a tradesperson to rectify. More

Good location, friendly management but facilities very inadequate. Park is run down and dirty. It seems that very little cleaning of facilities is done. Shame on Acclaim. The park just looks poorly maintained and shabby.

It is unfortunate that you thought our park is "Shabby", as we pride ourselves on being an old fashioned type of caravan park with roomy, grassy sites. The facilities are cleaned daily and whilst every effort is made from our staff to ensure their upkeep there are some who do not use these facilities in the courteous manner expected. We... More

This was our second stop on our Perth to Melbourne trip. When we arrived reception allowed us to drive around the park and choose from half a dozen available ensuite tent sites. This was the first time I had heard of a tent ensuite site; how great is it to have a bathroom all to yourselves and right next to... More

Now owned by Acclaim "Croker's is the old name.. We booked for three nights in a "ensuite cabin" @ $118.00 / night expecting nothing flash given its an older caravan park. Prior to booking we asked if we could get two SUV's and a small boat to park nearby to our allotted accomodation, assured we could. On arrival found we could... More

Stayed here for 2 nights travelling with a couple of dogs. Great quiet park in the Industrial area and beautifully maintained. Had a ensuite site which was so handy. Much better than Pink Lake which we had stayed at previously.

This place has now changed name to Pine Grove Holiday Park. We stayed there for 4 nights in a ensuite single bedroom cabin. It was of average appearance but clean and tidy and the guy that manages it was lovely to deal with, friendly and chatty. The laundry facilities wern't far from the accomodation and they have a lovely pool... More

We originally wanted to book in at a park closer to the coast but were not allowed to take the pug. So found Pine Grove Holiday Park (ex Crokers Park). Not right on the coast but just outside town centre. Happy to stay here: good vibe, lots of trees, well laid out with a mix of cabins and camp sites,... More
