We called in for lunch on our way to Derby. Friendly staff, clean amenities. I had a delicious hamburger, my hubby had a steak sandwich. The meat was way too tough. The chips sadly were way overcooked. The salads in the bread rolls was lovely, as were the rolls. The pool looked good and the grounds clean. We would have... More

A high ambience stopping point on the highway. Yeeda station own this roadhouse and sell vacuum packed beef at good prices. A historic 1960s canopy is worth a look and there are plenty of longhorn cattle skulls. This is a popular caravan stop point on the fitzroy river- watch out for salt water crocs!

Hi HolgarDansk, Thank you very much for your review, and yes you were spot on about the building being from the 1960's. Originally this building was located on Anna Plains Station (south of Broome) and was part of the Blue Streak ( medium-range ballistic missile ) testing, it was relocated to Willare after being sold off at auction and used... One night in a room for $120 it had one single and one queen with its own toilet and shower and two A/C units. Food was good and the staff were friendly. This is a nice place to stay. I would stay there again any time.

Café was great and clean and looks like a nice place to stop. Grounds well kept and swimming pool to boot! Located next to Fitzroy river and would stay here when next travelling through with more time!

We stopped here for 1 night, staff were friendly, ammenities clean and the grounds well maintained. Typical outback roadhouse camping, and a great place to stop and rest. Felt safe and secure, would stay again.

I found it very unprofessional contacting work partners& making up lies. I do not appreciate the lies that were told. I know this kiara to be manager of the willare roadhouse. Very disgusted in her unprofessional mannerism. Kiara called me on request of my partner, to tell me he hadn't been drinking alcohol. Then I found out he was. Her... More

Many roadhouses in many parts of Australia are known for their "fine food" of chips, pies and that old favourite only found at roadhouses "Chicko Rolls". Willare Bridge is not like this. Set in nice surroundings, as best you can on a dusty red landscape, Willare Bridge serves up a variety of tasty food (including some greasy favourites if you... More

Fantastic, friendly service on arrival and throughout our stay. Open, green powered sites. Reasonable ablution areas. Good range of food at the roadhouse for lunches/dinners.
